More Runaway Cow... Now With Humpies In Your Lunchbox!!

Another week of Runaway Cow online!
Last week I had one hell of a time sharing the "Humpies" track from Soundcloud.  This week, “I Wanna Make Humpies In Your Lunchbox” is currently on the Runaway Cow fan page for all to listen to and/or download.  You have to admit its a fun song.  A fan of the band, Grant Teichert, says that this jaunty tune is a “wonderfully surreal love song.”  Where "Humpies" is playful and silly, it's not a children's song... it's about shrinking down to two inches tall and climbing into a lunchbox to have sex.  A “wonderfully surreal love song?”  I guess so.
So download "I Wanna Make Humpies In Your Lunchbox" and don't forget "Astro Woman."  She's still in the Music World Radio Top20 Chart, but just barely.  You can go to the website right now and vote for her.  Push her up from #20 and give that fiesty little super heroine some more time on the charts.  Last time, I posted the lyric sheet for "Astro Woman."  That was the real deal, right out of the inside of Long Live The Dork Revolution.  I'll be posting lyrics from Dork Revolution because I have them but the rest will take a little longer.  I want you to know however, that someone is in the process of making lyric sheets for me and the rest will go up as I get them.

"I Wanna Make Humpies In Your Lunchbox"

It's metal
It's yellow
It's kind of small
and that's just what I like
It's got pictures of monster fighting demons
and that's just what I like
I got the magic
to make us get small
Only two inches tall
So we can crawl in and ball.
I wanna make humpies in your lunchbox
I wanna make fat juicy humpies in your lunchbox
“Do you wanna make humpies in my Astro Woman lunchbox?”
“Astro Woman lunchbox?  Golly yes!”
“What about a Brady Bunch lunchbox?”
“A Superchicken lunchbox!”
“I got it.  A Wonder Bra lunchbox”
“Now that's a good idea.”
“Uh, that's a little too big, I think.”
“I wonder, can we get small enough to get in the thermos?”
“Ask the big creator.”
“I would only do it if that's what I could do.”
“I got it.  A Jim Rote and Sacred Moments in Sound lunchbox.”
“Wow!”
“How about a Patsy Cline lunchbox?”
“Or Ella Fitzgerald.”
“Uh huh.”
“Uh huh?  What do you mean uh huh?”
“How about a Virginia Wolf lunchbox?”
“She [Ella Fitzgerald] was a good singer.”
“Yeah.”
“We're having a party.”

There you go... enjoy!

Help Astro Woman Fly All The Way To #1

In this week's bulletin, I want to bring your attention to Music World Radio's Alternative Top 20 Charts. It's a weekly chart show that gets aired every Friday and features 20 of the most popular songs played world wide on Music World Radio. The chart is entirely listener chosen and listener maintained which means as long as you, the listener, nominate and vote for your favorite song... that song will get on the chart and stay there. Well this week, Runaway Cow makes it's way to the MWR's AT20 with Astro Woman.
Being fans of the Runaway Cow, I know you're just itching to run to the polls and place your vote, but don't worry. It can be done all from your computer. Go to MWR's AT20 and you'll see this week's Top 20. Scroll down to see what Music World Radio calls “The Bubbly Upcomers” and you'll see all the songs that have been nominated. If any of these songs get enough votes, they'll bump something off the Top20 and be up there with the big boys. Find the vote button and click next to your choice. It's all that easy.
I'd like to see Astro Woman on the charts. Every week, people from all over the globe tune in to find out what the next #1 song is going to be and that means more exposure and more potential fans for Runaway Cow. So give it a shot and make Astro Woman the next #1 song.

The Runaway Cow facebook page has been great for posting downloads. Last week's download was posted specially for Shelly. Check it out... MONKEYhum. Melodic and entrancing, it's a pretty special treat. Also this week, since she's already gracing the the airwaves from MWR's Top20, I'm posting the free Astro Woman download. Along with the download, I have included the lyric sheet here, as found in the inset of Long Live The Dork Revolution. Now you have no reason not to sing along while it's being played on Music World Radio.com.
And don't worry, more of those re-mastered classic tracks are on the way.
